Kempton report sell out for Saturday’s meeting

Kempton have confirmed Saturday’s BetBright Chase Day has sold out following a free tickets promotion.

The racecourse and Racing UK specifically targeted the local community with the giveaway and they have all been quickly snapped up although there are a few limited hospitality options still available.

Phil White, General Manager of Kempton Park Racecourse, said: “We are delighted to reach maximum capacity for our BetBright Chase Day.  This is a great day out with free entertainment on offer for families and a competitive racecard and we look forward to welcoming our sell-out crowd.”

Clive Cottrell, Director of Marketing at Racing UK, added: “Racing UK was created nearly 11 years ago by the racecourses for the good of the sport, which allows us to enjoy a close working relationship with our shareholders in promoting horseracing.

“Racing UK introduced the Winter Season Ticket this Jumps campaign, which enables our members to go racing for free at nearly every midweek fixture until April 1.

“As an extension of that, Racing UK and Aintree, Ascot, Kempton Park, Huntingdon and Market Rasen have teamed up to open the doors for key weekend fixtures so all racegoers can sample some top-class racing for free. To see a full capacity crowd for this fixture is testament to the hard work of all the team at Kempton Park and Jockey Club Racecourses.”

Gates open at 12.05pm with the first race at 13.35.
